It Started with a Flame
Boricua Burgers was born from a simple idea: what if we took the soul of Puerto Rican cooking the bold spices, the fire, the love and put it all into a burger?
Our founder, a San Juan native with a passion for grilling, started experimenting in his backyard. Friends became regulars. Regulars became a crowd. And before long, the whole neighborhood wanted in.
